Midnight Empress is a strong and athletic chestnut filly with an exciting combination of proven speed and considerable pedigree appeal. Foaled in Ireland on 25 March 2024, she is a daughter of the highly successful sire Mehmas and the Tamayuz mare Star Empress.
Before joining Three Sixty Racing, Midnight Empress was prepared in Ireland by Diego Dias Racing. She made an immediate impression when winning a six-furlong barrier trial at Leopardstown on 26 August 2026. She won by one and a half lengths and recorded the second-fastest time across the juvenile barrier trials staged that day.
That performance demonstrated her natural pace, professionalism and ability to handle a racecourse environment. She was subsequently purchased by Three Sixty Racing for 45,000 guineas at the Tattersalls Online Barrier Trials Pop-Up Sale in September 2026.
Now joining Kevin & Lauren Frost, Midnight Empress will be given time to settle into her new surroundings before her trainers identify a suitable starting point for her racing career.
